ok i've been using this build for a while now, only making a few changes. i focus on targeting a caster than the rest of the team isnt attacking. usually that caster is dead before the team kills there target.

Domination 16/14 (with either minor or sup rune) (your choice :P)either works

i put empathy in just so im not completely useless against warriors and rangers, worry also works against em too, so does energy burn (duh)
worry works amazing on bosses, because of the 1/2 hex duration it lasts 1.5 seconds recharge of 1 sec. that 140 dmg every 3 seconds, with cost of only 5 and energy drain that boss has no chance!
i use energy drain because its the build is abit energy heavy and there arnt many good domination elites.

anyone got any comments or improvements?

Are you using it for PvP also or just PvE?

Either way I am not very fond of Ether Feast. It can work well, but at 2 sec cast (I think) and 8 sec recharge I don't find that it helps out very much. Usually by the time I use it my health is down about 100 points and by the time it is recharged for a second use I am dead.

Since you are mainly targeting casters (monk/necro/ele?) you could throw in power drain (instead of spike) for some extra energy and interupt and use a different elite. Maybe Energy surge for that little extra against all classes or Migraine to slow up casts (not to be used at the same time as backfire).

anyway you are on the right track if it works well for you. Just keep trying out new skills.

Since your dom is so high try shatter enchant should work nicely, also how about power block (e) for ultimate shut down of a 1 attribute based build(ele's or monks usually) throw in a few wastrels after that for damage, hit a fire ele with it the only stuff they are likely to have left to cast to cancel ww would be attunements which provide nice shatter bait. 13 energy every 30 seconds is not very good for energy management elite imho.

Mantra of Recall (E) will give you net 15 energy every 20 seconds, but it does not drain energy. In PVE, you can also consider using Spirit Shackles instead of Empathy as mobs will continue to attack through it and lose energy.

is thi9s mainly for pve, so power leak or drain isnt as useful as you would of thought. with using ether feast its only about 1 second cast because of fastcasting and i usualy use it when im about 2/3 down so it mainly for minor healing to keep the pressure of monks.
i tried out shatter ench but in pve its not as usuful as other skills.
when i focus more on pvp i take shatter ench and power leak.
but i find backfire and worry are a good combo, forcing people to cast and take 150 dmg or do nothing and take 70 dmg. i also tried mantra of recall but with a cost of 10 and a gain of about 20 (cant realy remeber) it can be amazing but also can be very easy to misstime etc. i find energy drain works fine and i hardly ever run out of energy

and you forgot that mesmers are casters :P
